Evaluate market conditions on a regular basis to identify emerging trends, to provide learning to suggest new potential digital marketing tactics to improve Growth Marketing activities;
Develop overall growth marketing plan to build up and meet KPI of user growth & retention, volume for assigned daily life service merchant cluster (eg: FnB, Retail, Ecommerce, SME category...);
Own the relationship with Business Owner & coordinate with key stakeholders within marketing (branding, social, design…) as well as Ops & FA, BI team to ensure execution and secure the support needed;
Coordinate efforts across internal & external teams to finalize media communication/branding plans for traffic and user awareness;
Manage budget of promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives;
Perform data monitoring and analysis daily/weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights and other tasks as assigned by Line Manager;
